Twelve assembly bays, three inside an ISO Class 8 clean-room for optical work. We integrate complete compound bows and crossbows, premium hunting and target bow sights, laser sights and lights, optical scopes, industrial rangefinders, and multi-function toy guns and blasters. Strict on-line QC throughout — torque-logged on every fastener, calibrated where applicable, and end-of-line tested on every unit before kitted retail or OEM stage.

Bays are not generic workbenches — each is configured for a program, with the right fixtures, torque tools, vision, and EOL station built in. Every fastener torqued by a DC-electric smart tool with closed-loop feedback. Every cycle logged against the unit serial number. Twelve newton-metres on the spec means twelve newton-metres in the unit.规格上写12牛米,出厂件就是12牛米

A pneumatic clutch wrench or a hand-driven torque wrench delivers ±10 to ±15% of nominal — fine for a deck screw, terrible for an optic mount, a bow-cam axle, or anything that has to survive recoil or impact in service. We use DC-electric smart tools that hold ±2% on torque and ±1° on angle, with the actual measurement recorded against the fastener and the serial number of the unit. 气动离合扳手或手动扭矩扳手的精度在±10–15%——适合甲板螺钉,但对光学瞄准镜安装、弓凸轮轴或任何需要承受后坐力与冲击的部件而言太差。我们使用直流电动智能工具,扭矩精度±2%、角度精度±1°,实际数值按紧固件与单机序列号归档。

The audit trail this generates is the difference between "we think we torqued it" and "here is the measurement at 14:32 on the third shift, on unit 00482, by operator B." Warranty disputes get resolved from data, not memory.

Electro-mechanical integration.机电集成

For programs where mechanical assembly meets electronics — battery integration, sensor and PCB sub-assembly, firmware loading, in-circuit and functional test — we run two dedicated cells with full ESD protection, programming benches, and per-unit test logging. Modern outdoor and tactical products are rarely purely mechanical. A trail camera is an optical sub-assembly bonded to a PCB, sealed inside a housing, with battery contacts that have to survive humidity cycling. A modern rangefinder is the same with a laser driver and a microcontroller bolted to it. Either fails in service if the integration is wrong — and "wrong" usually means either ESD damage during build or a missed firmware step.

Both EM stations sit on ESD-controlled flooring, with grounded ESD mats, wrist-strap monitoring, and ionised-air heads at sensitive stations. Firmware programming runs from a controlled image repository — the version that goes into the unit is the version on the program build sheet, not whatever is on the operator's laptop. Strict QC on the line is the rule — every assembled unit goes through a 100% end-of-line test against the program's pass/fail criteria before the carton is sealed. Failures get serialised, root-caused, and tracked as a process-control signal, not a discard event. Passes get kitted and packaged in retail-ready or OEM-staged form.

Sample-based AQL works well at vetting incoming raw materials. For finished assembly it's not enough — a missed tolerance on a single unit becomes a customer return, a brand-damage event, or in the worst case a safety issue. Every program at Telfid runs 100% EOL on every test that can practically be automated: vision dimensional, functional electrical, optical alignment, leak/seal, weight, torque-trace presence.

The kitting line that follows is ours, not a third-party packer. Cartons, foams, instructions, cables, hardware, accessories — all staged and packed in the same building under the same quality system that built the unit. Programs ship retail-ready or OEM-staged depending on the customer's downstream flow.

Mechanical joints, adhesive bonds, threaded inserts, sealants, and electronics-grade joining methods all qualified for production use. Assembly quality criteria are different from part criteria — they govern joint integrity, alignment, sealing, electrical function, and cosmetic acceptance. The values below are what we hold in production. Programs with tighter requirements get qualified through a process capability study before lot release. 装配的品质标准与零件标准不同——其管控接头完整性、对位、密封、电气功能、外观接受度。下方数值为我们在量产中所执行的标准。要求更严的项目,会在批次放行前通过工艺能力研究做资格认证。

Out-of-control response. EOL failure rates are watched daily. A run rate above program threshold triggers a hold, a five-why root-cause review with engineering and quality together, and a documented corrective action before production resumes. Assembly engagement looks different from a per-part quote — we are designing a process, not just pricing a part. Expect a longer front-end (test definition, fixture design, build-record schema) and a more thorough first-article gate. 装配合作与单件报价不同——我们设计的是工艺流程,不是单纯给零件定价。前期工作时间更长(测试定义、夹具设计、装配记录架构),首件检验阶段也更全面。

Process engineering, not just labour cost.工艺工程,不只是人工成本

For new assembly programs we run a process-engineering review with the customer covering: build-up-of-tolerance, fixture concept, torque strategy per joint, EOL test definition, fail-route handling, and build-record schema. The output is a process flow document the customer can sign off before any line is built.

Quote turn-around runs ten to fourteen business days for new assembly programs. Line build-up and qualification run two to four weeks. Pilot lot ships under a documented process, and production starts only after the customer signs off the FAI and the process capability study.

What the customer wants captured per S/N: torque values, calibration data, EOL test results, firmware version. Format and integration target (CSV, PDF, MES API).

Annual quantity, monthly cadence, peak season. Drives line sizing, automation level, and tool-fleet decisions.
Packaging & output stage
